Aboriginal Cultural Planning Support
A cultural support plan is an individualised plan or support agreement that aims to develop or maintain children's cultural identity through connection to family, community and culture, while they are in care.
Koori Youth
Justice (KYJ)
The Koori Youth Justice Program aims to engage with young people who are currently on Justice or Diversionary Orders and or transitioning Post and Pre- Court Orders.

Engaging earlier with care leavers, we support them to have an active voice in their transition planning, and providing culturally appropriate individualised supports both in-care and post-care.

Playgroup
Your child will be introduced to stimulating and engaging developmental experiences and activities aimed at getting your child/children kindergarten and school ready in a culturally safe environment.
Aboriginal
Kinship Care
Aboriginal Kinship Care maintains bonds during times when an Aboriginal child might not be able to live with their parents and helps them stay connected to culture and feel supported by the community.
Koori Pre School Assistant (KPSA) Cultural Advisor
Providing Koorie Cultural educational programs
to kindergartens, both council and private organisations, in the Warrnambool, Moyne and
Corangamite shires.
Targeted Care Packages
Care Packages are tailor-made specifically to suit each individual child. Our aim is to provide culturally safe and considered support that encourages happy, healthy, strong children and growing young adults.
