REAL is a progressive program for young mob in Years 7–12, grounded in:

Culture • Leadership • Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB)

 Years 7 & 8 focuses on:

· Confidence & voice

· Connection to community, peers & mentors

· Wellbeing skills & support networks
