Join our team – Kindship care Practitioner (Maternity Leave)

We are seeking the services of a Kinship Care Practitioner for a 12 month period to cover Maternity Leave.

In this role, you’ll provide case management for children and young people in kinship care, helping families navigate challenges, ensuring safety, and delivering support. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact within an appreciative and supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Case management for children and young people in kinship care

•  Work with families and communities to ensure positive outcomes
