Funeral Notice - Uncle Alby Clarke

Gunditjmara Aboriginal Cooperative extends our deepest condolences to the family, extended family and friends on the passing of Elder Uncle Albert “Alby” Clarke

Uncle Alby was a proud Eastern Maar Elder and a much-loved presence in our community. Recognisable for his blue hair, decorated car and tireless energy, he inspired many with his incredible endurance feats, from ultramarathons to long-distance bike rides, even into his 80s.

His legacy of determination, resilience and community spirit will be remembered always. Uncle Alby will be deeply missed and we wish him peace in the Dreamtime
