Elders Retreat Selection Criteria - Needs to be more than 55 years of age. - Must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Descent. - Should have no family dependants unless authorised by GAC CEO. - Must be on the current GAC Housing Waiting List. - Must not have any outstanding loans or debts owing to GAC. - Must be an active member of GAC (i.e. attend Annual General Meetings, attend community meetings and/or functions etc). - Must not be a homeowner. - Must have lived in the area for at least twelve months, concurrently.
